Please Note:  We will not make negotiations, promises, or guarantees over the phone.  As there is no written record of phone conversations, details can be misunderstood, forgotten, etc....

Anything discussed outside of the legal hostess rental agreement, are just discussions until incorporated into the rental agreement and signed by both parties.

It is the hostess's responsibility to read the agreement in full and contact Rena with any concerns BEFORE returning the signed agreement.

Once signed, the agreement is legally binding and no alterations will be made without agreement from both parties and an updated agreement signed.
